Having worked in the medical recruitment sector for over 18 years we have acquired a diverse 360 business operation skill set. From 100% framework audit results to winning national preferred supplier status for leading private & public sector healthcare organisations & gaining NHS Framework awards.
We hold extensive recruitment delivery experience for leading healthcare providers in the UK and as a result have made a vast amount of client introductions and contacts within the industry.
After providing consistent hands-on management experience within our own agency it was time for me to take a step back from the day-to-day operations.
Throughout our years in recruitment we have been approached by a number of start up organisations to seek our assistance with elements of their businesses they needed support with such as bid writing, compliance overhauls & audits and sales generation.
This clarified to us that there is a real need in the current market for business consultant services that delivers the full package for operational success. Not just a lengthy report utilising corporate lingo and business buzzwords but real face to face industry specific support that would directly increase the performance of businesses.
